As president I would offer airlines a tax credit for improving in-flight conditions. I like the 60s stuff with the big seats and the Samovar Service. We're bringing it back.

And I would assist Boeing materially by providing more federal engineers and safety inspectors. The tax credit would be available to manufacturers with a certain safety record.
